Hunter Roberts provided construction management services to The Nielsen Company. The interior office fit-out of the 14th floor at 770 Broadway is approximately 70,000 SF and includes general office space with landscape furniture offices, landscape workstations, a server room and a cafe. The media components of the build-out consists of a media wall, 18 video teleconference rooms and a sound masking and noise control system.
