DESCRIPTION

Hunter Roberts provided Construction Management services to Fortis Capital Corporation. The project involved the phased build-out of 36,500 square feet of space including perimeter offices, open landscape furniture, pantries, conference rooms and a board room constructed of anigre wood on floors 2, 3 and 5. Marble, glass and stainless steel interconnecting stairways connect floors 2-3 and 4-5. HRI was also awarded the lobby renovation project on the 5th floor of 520 Madison Avenue.
