DESCRIPTION

Hunter Roberts provided General Contracting services to Citi. The LEED gold certified project involved the demolition and interior fit-out of the 22nd floor. The fit-out included 20 executive offices, conference rooms, pantry, storage room, mail room and renovation of bathrooms. Hunter Roberts was also awarded the full floor build-out of the 23rd floor and partial build-out / office modifications of the 40th and 41st floors at 1 Court Square, Long Island City, NY.
