DESCRIPTION

19,600 sf design build facility constructed as an addition to the existing Cornerstone Commons Shopping Center. Includes a 16,000 sf new fitness center for Planet Fitness as well as shell space for three adjacent tenant spaces of 1,200 sf each. Project includes extensive site utilities, paving, landscaping, curb & gutter and sidewalk additions. The facility is structural steel covered with the exterior walls of masonry veneer utilizing a storefront glass and glazing system. Interior finishes are consistent with an upscale fitness facility, providing showers, lockers and dressing areas which require extensive plumbing, in-floor utilities and electrical needs.
